After a two year stint with an independent firm which had split off from this world-wide powerhouse franchise, I decided to return to KW on June 1oth and to finish out my career here, however long that may be! I have changed companies too many times in the past decade, looking for the right fit and truly feel I have found it now. The local franchise is based in Latham, now the third largest RE firm in terms of volume, with half to one-third the number f agents of the first two on the local list. KW recently surpassed RE/MAX and Coldwell Banker as having the largest agent count in the world, on a macro scale. KW Capital District has increased volume by about 42% year over year and I plan to help contribute to that growth in coming years.
