About Wayne Mathews

I\'ve enjoyed working in the Austin tech industry for 15 years starting as an account executive moving into channel development and sales team leadership. My experience is focused on network monitoring and professional services.Through partner development efforts, I was able to change the trajectory of our channel program at SolarWinds while focusing on growing our largest reseller, Insight. We grew our channel program by 46% under my watch. I\'ve also led partnership efforts while at Loop1 and SHI. I\'ve had success recruiting, growing, and managing sales teams and achieving the annual forecasts that I developed. At Loop1, I was instrumental in migrating our CRM from Dynamics to NetSuite, I helped to build and launch new product offerings which netted Loop1 millions in revenue, and grew the sales team from 5 to 22 sales reps/support over 4 years.At SHI, I built a brand-new team that is focused on launching and selling SHI\'s services offering to our largest public sector customers.
