To add to my ITSM knowledge, I am also Army reservist in the Royal Signals and have been for the last 23 years during this time time have attained the rank of Troop Staff Sergeant. This has given me several varied skills that I can use in any civilian role. Some of these skills I have gained over the years is managing high-performance troops and delivering excellent outputs in challenging environments. During my ITSM career, I have gained an excellent understanding of the ITIL framework. I have also been able to put the use of this framework into practice by being part of a small team that managed Major Incidents / Problem Management / Change Management and Service Transition within the Group. I am extremely passionate about delivering an excellent service to both colleagues and customers. I am looking for a role that I can make a difference in and help improve overall customer satisfaction and service performance.I am looking for both contract or permanent roles within IT Service Delivery or ITSM.
