I am able to provide counseling, corrective feedback, and professional development information to both large and small groups and have a solid background in training and instructing, communication skills, and safety techniques.As a former leader in the Teamster union, I have had the opportunity to work with many people from diverse backgrounds. All Union members under my administration were treated fairly with dignity and respect. I was directly responsiable for representing the work ethic, physical well being, personal and professional interest of more than 100 union employees, recommended or initiated personnel actions, on behalf of Union employees and company management.
