The Financial Crime Team members have familiarity with cross-border processes for extradition and mutual assistance along with extensive knowledge of the restraint and confiscation regime and are in a position to give advice throughout the investigative stages as well as appearing at trial and in ancillary hearings. The Regulatory and Disciplinary team are renowned not only for their high quality advocacy but also for their adaptability & capacity for hard work. The team appears in cases before all major regulators and have particular expertise in financial regulation and healthcare professional disciplinary tribunals. Members of Chambers appear regularly in the Administrative Court in public law cases arising from regulatory proceedings. 23ES Commercial includes chancery and commercial barristers, offering expertise across a range of specialisms providing expert advice, drafting, advocacy, and negotiation.
