Transforming the delivery of the IT change function within Sage Home to be driven by business value. The IT Change function focused on delivering new business projects, continuous improvement and production support for the multiple systems within Sage homes including Microsoft Dynamics, QL, Coupa, True Compliance etc. This transformation of the IT Changes function included setting up long running agile teams focused on operational value streams, thereby reducing dependencies, increasing delivery of value and improving predictability. Changes also included the introduction of a test automation competence and the implementation of test automation tooling.
