Wayne is one of the founders of HNH and current Managing Partner. Over the last 17 years as a lead advisor Wayne has advised on c.100 transactions including disposals to International trade, plc and private equity, has acted on buyside for plcs, private equity and family owned businesses, initiated and raised funding for numerous MBO teams. He then spent three years within KPMG’s transaction services teams in Leeds, Belfast and Dublin before spending 5 years as a Corporate Lending Manager and Associate Director in Bank of Ireland in Belfast. Wayne set up as a sole practitioner in 2008 before becoming a founding partner in HNH in 2010. Wayne enjoys the challenge of complex M&A, assisting family businesses with succession issues and working with growing companies to ensure that the companies capital structures are appropriate to deliver the company’s strategic goals Away from work, Wayne is an avid cricket supporter and regularly plays for Woodvale CC and the Marleybone Cricket Club.
