Asked to lead and develop the strategy / plan for a new business unit in Gallifordtry, bringing together all the specialist businesses in the Infrastructure Division, with full profit & loss accountability for six diverse product and service companies with a combined revenue of circa £100 million per annum. My remit is to provide common focus and direction for these higher margin businesses to achieve synergies, efficiencies and sustainable organic growth. This new BU will also be the focus of the Divisions acquisition and diversification strategy.
