Experienced management of clients that need to coordinate with multiple datacenter server solutions to manage the amount of content driven by this type of application. Managed all development and QA resources required to deliver against customer and internal roadmaps. Also responsible for an advanced messaging platform that provides a method of publishing a messaging service with access to all RCS users of the individual carriers. Allows developers to develop chatbot services using a simple API and publish for discovery across the entire user base.Responsibilities also included working within existing budget considerations on management of the resource pool. Conducts extensive customer interaction defining, implementing and supporting roadmap for the product. Responsible for all interactions between product/delivery/sales teams and engineering teams with respect to scheduling, estimating, and management of implementation.
