About Wayne Haynie
Completing my 4 year tour-of-duty for the Newton County Water and Sewerage Authority, under the leadership of Mike Hopkins, we completed construction on the new A. Scott Emmons WRF at the Little River. Our Construction Manager, Reeves+Young, LLC, expedited construction of the new 1.25 MGD facility completing it in April 2022, within schedule and under the guaranteed maximum price. Later, we added two design-build teams to construct water transmission and reclaimed water improvements for new industries locating in the growing Stanton Springs Technology Park. The new treatment facilities are part of a $85M CIP including treatment works, pumping station improvements, and a reclaimed water system for the eastern industrial corridor of Newton County, GA. Looking forward to next year\'s report!
