Collaborate with marketing to drive product adoption by creating training materials, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting sales activities. Engage with clients, gather feedback, and understand their needs to inform product development and enhancements. Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for user-centric design and customer satisfaction. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for product launches. Monitor product performance and gather feedback to continuously iterate and improve the product based on data-driven insights.
