Entergy is one of the largest nuclear power operators and electricity provider with distribution and utility services to Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas. Worked as part of internal PMO Service Delivery along with Solution and System Architecture teams in coordination with third party business vendors Capgemini, NetApp, Hewlett Packard Enterprises. Utilize MS Project for project plan and scheduling, SharePoint/Teams collaboration, ServiceNow for tickets change requests etc. Manage cross functional onshore/offshore teams for nuclear site refueling blackouts and storm moratoriums. Responsible for budget forecasting and accruals to include sub-contractor hours and HW/SW purchases, professional service credits/warranty and scheduling for onsite engineer activities. • STORAGE & CAPACITY REFRESH PROJECT ($3M) Responsible for development and execution refresh of NetApp storage appliances/clusters. End Of Life cutover at data centers in Jackson and Little Rock. Other activities include LUNs array reconfiguration to reclaim storage, expired disk sanitization/shredding. Cabling and update MDS fiber switch. • BACKUP REFRESH PROJECT ($1M) Coordinated specifications/requirements, purchase and shipment logistics, site surveys and lab pre-configurations, deployment and replacement of Dell Commvault Media servers at 4 nuclear power plants. Nutanix software upgrades. SAP HANA Super Dome Bonding from 1gb copper to 10gb fiber thruput.
