Primed a wireless partnership analysis that involved a strategic and financial review of a SaskTel forming a new wireless partnership with various Carriers. Led a cross company team and the Executive to develop SaskTel’s business strategy. Assisted in the contract negotiations with the selected Carrier. • Contract manager for several strategically important agreements for SaskTel. Continually review disputes to ensure that carriers and vendors are abiding to the contracted terms, and that SaskTel is maximizing its benefit from these agreements. • Responsible for the evaluation of new products and services, and for the contract re-negotiation of existing products and services. Led a cross company team in the evaluation of several new products and services –data optimization, SMS outreach messaging, roaming product/services, roaming hub vendors, SS7 probe, and SMS & MMS inter-carrier messaging gateway services.
