Throughout the years I have always tackled challenges head on. Willing to learn, understand and fail. With the cavoite of trying again, and again till I succeed. I have always welcomed training for relevant areas of my expertise and absorb it like a sponge. I started my career almost 30 years ago, starting from the bottom and not knowing anything about my field. I worked a as helper, a leader, a trainer. From the field I moved into the office when my boss realized I have a knack for sales and project management. I have designed and implemented many organizational checklist, controls to ensure profitability, production, and always quality. From hiring staff, training them, molding them to be independent thinkers as well as leaders of their own destiny in the company. Always ensuring that the lesson learned from previous projects help us learn how to effectively implement future projects. With extensive experience in project management from beginning to end, site reviews, meetings, pricing as well as negotiations. Conflict resolution within the company as well as on the project sites is always a delicate and important part of any successful project. Being able to design and adjust the course of the company to change with daily adjustments to our direction in order to maximize the profitability as well as production and quality.
