   Base Build Sr. Engineer• Retrofitted existing buildings to operate as ISO 3,5, and 7 cleanrooms.• Lead engineer in the design and install of a new chiller (heat recovery and cooling only) and boiler plant, to support new brownfield semiconductor fab.• Engaged with internal stakeholders and A/E firms to provide feasibility and “max fit” options for mechanical systems to enable the upgrade of existing fabs.• Lead mechanical engineer for all exhaust and compressed air systems, enabling fab full build out.• Key member of site exhaust task force, partnering with operations, design, and factory stakeholders to develop a long term and short term strategy for site exhaust (Ammonia, Acid, and VOC scrubbers).Tool Install Central Engineering Engineer• Owner of Diffusion and Implant Ramp and TD tool install design output. This required collaboration with stakeholders to intercept potential issues prior to customer visibility and/or from design becoming the constraint.• Led the Mechanical Work Group and Virtual Factory Work Group, and drove the group discussion on topics of prioritized value, and increased the effectiveness of the local and virtual factory design teams• Engaged with A/E firms and technical peers to ensure design standards, design processes, and specifications were followed.• Took the lead in driving improvement of the site construction specifications by working with stakeholders.
