I am excited to bring my many years of experience in leadership development, coaching, and facilitation, including designing and leading programmes for global clients across multiple industries to Aviva. I have a proven track record of helping leaders navigate complex challenges with agility, building inclusive and high-performing teams, and translating learning into lasting impact.At Aviva, I will be working with other co-facilitators to deliver a new leadership development programme - both live and virtual, that equip leaders at every level with the skills to thrive. My role combines facilitation, coaching, and programme delivery, working across the leadership pipeline. I collaborate with colleagues across the People Function to co-create impactful learning experiences and provide tailored coaching and feedback to help leaders unlock their potential.
