I am a retail real estate professional with a background in retail finance. I pivoted to real estate in 2019 and haven\'t looked back. Retail real estate is in a state of constant change driven by the.COM boom, digitally native retailers, shifting consumer trends, and changing market demographics. This constant change and new external factors keep me motivated and engaged. Over my career I have developed and demonstrated the ability to communicate effectively with external and internal partners, manage retail and non retail real estate projects, negotiate contracts, and rigorously analyze redevelopment/development projects.
