Works with District Facilities Manager in defining needs of buildings and properties in regards to client requests, major maintenance and budgeting- Administers and supervises the systematic maintenance program consistent with the industry standards for buildings, grounds and equipment- Insures compliance with OSHA, State Fire Marshall, Governmental, Company standards and policies. Implements safety programs, training and environmental compliance procedures with Company policies.
