As the Program Manager of Construction at JCQ Services I am responsible for managing the Project Management and Estimating teams executing the current and future projects and growth at JCQ. With a team of over 25 construction professionals and 50 plus field staff including superintendents, foremen, skilled workers, movers and laborers, there is nothing we can\'t build that our visionary CEO Juan Quiroga can imagine. My core competencies include strategic planning, budgeting, negotiation, problem-solving, and team building. I have successfully managed and delivered complex and large-scale projects for clients across various sectors and regions, exceeding their expectations and ensuring quality and safety standards. I enjoy working in multicultural and dynamic environments, and I have a strong passion for innovation and excellence in the construction field. My mission is to create value for both the company and the customers and to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.As the Executive Director of Design and Construction for the fast growing 4 Rivers Smokehouse, I demonstrated a history of working in the food & beverages industry. I spearheaded Phase 1 design and construction of the 4 Roots Farm Campus for John Rivers. Former CEO and President of a premier General Contractor in Central Florida, the Friedrich Watkins Company.
