Serve as the dedicated Client Manager and Trusted Advisor for higher education partners using Symplicity Accommodate, a SaaS solution supporting disability services and accommodations management.• Partner with clients beyond initial implementation, conducting success reviews and strategic planning sessions to ensure effective utilization, optimize workflows, and achieve measurable outcomes.• Lead additional module implementations and product expansions, overseeing discovery, configuration, training, and rollout to support evolving client needs.• Collaborate with development, support, and product teams to advocate for client-driven enhancements and represent customer voice in roadmap discussions.• Work closely with clients’ IT staff to consult on data transfers, APIs, and system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow into the Accommodate platform and troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.• Drive adoption, engagement, and retention through proactive outreach, data-driven health monitoring (ChurnZero), and tailored success plans.• Manage all renewal, invoicing, and contract processes, ensuring timely execution and sustained partnerships; achieved 95% average customer satisfaction rating.• Facilitate webinars, workshops, and custom training sessions/ help center articles that empower clients to deepen system knowledge and leverage advanced functionality.
