Process manual transfers daily using the following process: using Adobe to combine individual transfer bundles; printing combined files; applying medallion, signature, and date stamps to appropriate pages; scanning stamped documents for retention; preparing packages for UPS shipping; and inputting tracking into EWA, manual transfers will include NON ACATS/Rollovers, Expedites, Originals, Direct Mutual Funds, and Retail Mutual Funds• Review daily reports and compare them to account activity to determine if any business partner resolution is needed• Verify client data that would preclude the transfer from occurring• Communicate via email or phone call to resolve transfer issues and inquires with contra parties• Process written and electronic client transfer requests to ensure proper completion of the transfer form by an authorized account holder. This includes signature verification and a full account review.• Interpret written and Electronic Transfer Requests to determine eligibility of the transfer request based on industry rules & regulations and business rules to mitigate and reduce risk to the firm and our clients• Analyze daily reports and compare them to account activity to determine if any business partner resolution is needed• Resolve issues ranging in scope while working with fellow peers to develop suitable solutions
