   In my current role, I am managing 85-Member US Securities Settlements team responsible for settlement of trades and fail trade management across DTC, FED, International & Latam Markets. Teams perform activities covering prematching, fails, SBL (stock borrow & lending), query management, depo/nostro reconciliations & claims management. I also managed the Trade Processing team, overseeing critical functions such as trade booking & allocation, trade confirmations, client onboarding, and KYC reviews.My responsibilities also include collaborating with business heads to develop and realize growth strategies, Project Mgmt, Driving process improvements, Risk & Control, Campus Hiring Drives & Intern Hiring.Achievements: I successfully led the T+1 Go-Live implementation for the US Settlements Team, enhancing operational resilience through the delivery of the Enhanced Operational Resilience Project. Additionally, I directed the Associated Persons Fingerprinting Project for FINRA registration, ensuring compliance with regulatory mandates.
