My key responsibilities in the Seeker retain team are: Implement white label solution from scratch for Seeker and Owner which can deliver 5 different apps. Implement UI components for the design system. Implement the white level features which the team responsible for within 6 months. Improve team\'s productivity. Help to take team velocity from 2 to 29 story point. Implementing automated test (Unit, UI) and also doing manual testing. Mentor mid level developer and pair program to level up their skill. Review code of others. Take architectural decisions by collaborating with the team members. Collaborate and Brainstorm with cross functional team members e.g, product manager, designer, backend developers and ios developers. Write documentations e.g, RFC and ADR. Maintain and rebrand legacy applications.
