About Wasif Qureshi

For over 20 years, I have assisted businesses deal with various types of IP issues. My clients have included Fortune 100 and other worldwide companies, mid and small caps, start-up types, and individuals. While patent litigation continues to be my focus, I have also provided counsel on supplier/customer IP issues, IP monetization, business strategies to maximize IP value, and corporate and business litigation matters. In the patent space, I have appeared in over 200 federal district court and International Trade Commission cases. I have also successfully handled and argued appeals at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. In addition, I have prosecuted hundreds of patent applications and led a number of IPR proceedings at the U.S. Patent Office. My work has been across a wide range of technical fields, such as integrated circuit design, telecommunications, semiconductor fabrication, computer software and hardware, and Internet technologies.
