Foundation Building Materials is a seven-plus billion-dollar leading construction materials distributor and manufacturer focused on exceeding the expectations of the commercial construction and residential building trades and working towards the vision to implement a data-driven culture, robotic process automation (RPA), back-office technology optimization, including ERP and intelligence-based fleet management technology and working towards leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning across our massive supply chain, fleet, and distribution network, working to facilitate FBM\'s growth via delivering next-generation eCommerce platforms to support and service our customers and to unlock new digital revenue and optimizing value.Some of my key accomplishments to date include the following: Leading the FBM digital transformation initiatives, helping FBM transform into an Omni-Channel business with B2B and B2C capabilities while supporting 250 plus retail locations. Large-scale SAP E-Commerce Deployment, SAP S4-Hana, SAP SAC, and SAP Order Management, on time and the budget to support the Omni-Channel business model. Deployed and Managed extensive application portfolio, including Enterprise-wide CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), Vistex GTMS, Pricing Optimization & Guidance (PROS), UltiPro Payroll, and HR System, to mention a few. Implemented enterprise-wide multi-layer threat protection and a vast array of controls to manage a secure, compliant, and privacy-sensitive environment. Extensive work experience with internal and external auditors related to SOX compliance and audit. Leading the FBM Supply Chain transformation initiatives, helping FBM transform into an efficient and highly automated distribution network by implementing the system and process improvement. Working towards automating FBM\'s massive Fleet and distribution networks and utilizing AI and advanced Fleet and Logistics management technology to drive efficiency and cost synergy.
