At Capital One, I’ve been deeply involved in shaping resilient, cloud-native infrastructure to support scalable and secure applications. I designed and deployed multi-tier AWS environments using Terraform and CloudFormation, enabling smooth migration from on-premise systems to the cloud. One of the key highlights was leading the integration of Harness CI/CD pipelines, which significantly reduced deployment time and improved delivery efficiency across multiple microservices. I also transitioned legacy Jenkins pipelines into modern GitOps workflows, using YAML templates for seamless artifact promotion. Automating Kubernetes deployments with Helm and Harness CD allowed us to implement blue/green and canary strategies with real-time observability. Alongside this, I developed custom automation scripts with Python and AWS CLI, built Docker containers, and ensured robust monitoring through CloudWatch, Ansible, and Terraform — all with the goal of delivering infrastructure that’s not just scalable, but truly reliable and intelligent.
