   In my current role as Project Manager - PMO & Controls, I am entrusted with leading the end-to-end delivery controls for the Smart World One DXP project, a large-scale high-rise residential development comprising 16 towers and over 4.5 million sqft of built-up area.I serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) on behalf of Cushman & Wakefield, managing coordination between all key stakeholders to ensure that delivery objectives are consistently met on time and in line with quality expectations.Project Controls Leadership: I oversee the full suite of project planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation, driving a system-based approach to monitoring progress and ensuring timely interventions on potential bottlenecks.Reporting and Commercial Controls: I leverage Visilien, a centralized platform that integrates real-time site progress, approved schedules, and cost data to offer a dynamic, end-to-end view of project health.
