As an Account Support Associate, I am responsible for maintaining the digital administrative records regarding the EY (Parthenon) Strategy and Transaction\'s projects. I am also tasked with explaining the processes of the computer system to our newer colleagues and resolving technical and administrative issues. By doing this work I have learned how to apply analytical thinking in a more practical setting, how to communicate more effectively, and how to maintain a solution-oriented mindset when facing complex issues.
