I am an accomplished and experienced professional serving as Works Manager at Octink, a renowned company in the large-format graphics, signage, interior fit-outs and exhibitions industry. With my extensive knowledge and expertise in manufacturing and operations management, I play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of Octink\'s production facilities.I am heavily involved in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and quality control. My commitment to excellence and continuous improvement have been instrumental in my career growth, leading me to my current leadership position. As Works Manager at Octink, I am responsible for overseeing all manufacturing activities. I lead a team of skilled technicians and operators, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and guidance to meet production targets while upholding the company\'s high standards of quality and efficiency. My exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail enable me to effectively plan and coordinate manufacturing operations, minimising downtime, and optimising productivity.I build and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers & clients. I collaborate closely with other department from Senior Management to Studio to the Factory. My effective communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams has been instrumental in fostering a collaborative work environment and driving operational efficiency.I have experience across all aspects of Print, having started on the Shop Floor. I am an experienced printer, finisher and can run all machines from Print to plotters to liquid laminators to forklifts. This has helped me greatly in my leadership roles and I am still hands on when necessary and very much a part of the team. I am passionate about sustainability and environmental responsibility. I actively seek ways to reduce Octink\'s carbon footprint and implement Eco-friendly practices within the factory. My dedication to corporate social responsibility aligns with Octink\'s values and ensures that the company operates in an environmentally conscious manner.
