ABOUT WARREN SCROGGINS

With over 30 years of experience and a solid background in many types of Construction, I have an excellent working knowledge of all levels of industrial engineering, construction management, estimating and contract negotiations. My broad experience encompasses supervision and responsibilities for all phases of project sales, planning and execution for major projects in industries ranging from thermal power, renewable energy, chemicals, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals and pulp and paper. With a career start as a mechanical field engineer, I have progressed through the ranks and held positions as Regional Vice President, Division Manager, Area Manager, Business Development, Preconstruction & Estimating Manager, Construction Manager, Project Superintendent, Quality Inspector and Project Turnover Manager. I strive to always set standards of excellence in leadership, safety, quality and productivity for all areas of responsibility and be able to communicate and enforce company philosophies, policies, practices and procedures
