My role encompasses: • Business Attraction & Retention: Leading efforts to recruit, retain, and expand businesses, creating jobs and increasing investment in the region. • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing policies that streamline development processes and promote economic opportunities. • Community Collaboration: Partnering with local stakeholders to address workforce development needs and support entrepreneurship. • Project Management: Overseeing land development projects and ensuring efficient coordination among public agencies and private developers. • Marketing & Advocacy: Promoting Medford as a premier destination for business.With expertise in market research, entrepreneurship, and investing, I take a data-driven approach to identifying opportunities and developing solutions that support local businesses, attract investment, and drive regional growth.
