I went to school at Carmel College in Oxford, before joining Pollack\'s House at Clifton College in Bristol. I read philosophy at University before completing the CPE and LPC at the College of Law. After completing my training contract at City boutique, Ingram Winter Green, I joined global legal recruitment consultancy Taylor Root. After circa 4 years with Taylor Root I joined MRA Search. I specialise in recruiting at partner level and have experience of team moves, heads of global practices and mergers. During the course of my legal recruitment career, I have worked on successful assignments for and on behalf of City, US, leading boutique/niche and West End law firms. I also provide advice to law firms on strategic hirers, the legal market and compensation.
