I am a highly successful Project/Programme Manager with +20 years’ experience in delivering global multi-workstream Finance Transformation, IT delivery and Regulatory Change across Financial Services and Industry sectors. Additionally, I am a qualified Accountant with an established track record in delivering change within organisations, including Deloitte, E&Y and KPMG.I am well versed in leading business change and finance transformation implementations across multi-location programmes, for companies such as RBS, Lloyds, Barclays, HSBC and BP. My reputation has been built on my ability to parachute into off-track projects, leading their turnaround and recovery. Some of my achievements to date include- Led design and implementation a global planning, budgeting & forecasting solution for HSBC - Successfully delivered large-scale Finance Transformation programme to aggressive timescale of 9-months - Set up and rapidly deployed fully managed serviced of 275 case handlers to deal with c.50k complaints relating to mis-sold Packaged Bank Accounts- Steered cohort definition, identification and extraction of customer data to support the redress and remediation of c.300K customers - Led implementation of a global management and statutory reporting solution- Delivered automated allocations solutions to support recovery/recharge of newly created service management company costs in HSBC- Increased operational efficiency of Yahoo!’s EMEA Finance Shared Services billing/cash management I lead teams by example, applying strong stakeholder and people management skills in highly challenging and fast-paced environments.
