As the Senior Industrial Designer I lead all human factors and ergonomics research, creating mock-ups based on anthropometric data for real world testing. I interface with clients and multiple stakeholders, manage budgets, timelines, and development schedules for assigned projects. My accomplishments include:Led the product design of the Probius biochemical phenotyping machine, overseeing the industrial design and DFM stages. Collaborated with ophthalmologists to design the Zepto capsulotomy instrument used in cataract surgery.Acted as the principal industrial designer of a cutting-edge screening technology instrument for OmniAb Technologies and Ligand Pharmaceuticals. Currently developing an innovative lab cart to pair with the benchtop instrument for a mobile, stand-alone solution.
