Managed a drill team of up to 13 office personnel and 20-25 field staff.• Directly stewarded an average annual drilling budget of ~$80MM USD, delivering under cost every year. In 2025, delivered 16 wells for $6MM (7%) under budget while drilling GTE record ERD exploration wells.• Led planning and execution for up to 4 South American rigs including Exploration and Development drilling. Rigs ranged from 1500hp to as well as heli-portable operations. • Supported BD opportunities in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA)• Supported new country-entry into Ecuador, and drilled the Company\'s first successful exploration well in 2022 leveraging learnings and capability from Colombia. In 2024, drilled the countries first hz well into thin sands leveraging leading edge technology. Reshaped the supplier landscape in Ecuador by moving new technologies to improve execution performance.• Achieved record performance across various development basins during the COVID 19 pandemic. Acordionero (MMV) achieved a ~36% reduction in costs from 2019 to 2021, and a 20% year over year reduction. Costayaco (Putamayo) achieved a ~25% cost reduction in 2021 driven by drill time improvements exceeding 30%.• Drove HSE performance throughout drilling operations, achieving recordable incident-free operations from 2020 thru 2025.• Worked key social aspects to drive performance while working closely with local communities on employment opportunities and personnel development.• Monetized non-core drilling assets to improve cash flow and reduce costs.• Worked closely with C & WO and Civil teams to execute SIMOPs to move forward on-stream dates and accelerate cash flow.• Drove rig-based NPT to 10% in prior years. Reshaped execution practices to drive out down-grading events (such as stuck pipe).
