Project 3. Within the Microsoft Teams/Workspace App I designed the onboarding of third-party apps looking to leverage LSEG data and analytics to a wider audience. The work focused on embedding post-trade dispute resolution, bond insights, FX forecasting. This allowed direct access to collaborative workflows, enabling seamless access to market intelligence data and relevant professional networks. This was done via AI chat functionality, Open Directory access and Company 360 reporting tools. Project 2. With the strategic partnership of start-up company Tradefeedr, I integrated the FX analytics app into LSEG’s flagship products (Workspace & FXall), leveraging my experience in financial services. This involved aligning the user experience with internal design systems to ensure consistency across platforms and workflows within trading environments.Project 1. As part of the Microsoft partnership program, I led the design for a new SaaS offering aimed at standardising model risk management across the financial sector. This involved designing within complex governance systems to support Data Scientists operating in regulated environments.
