Design, Implement, and Maintain Carrier Performance Metrics:Collaborate closely with the Platform team to define, build, and refine actionable performance dashboards and KPIs. Ensure the Operations team has the tools and training to effectively monitor and act on these metrics in real time-Own Vendor Performance Oversight:Ensure carriers consistently meet agreed-upon SLAs across all service categories (e.g, transit times, scan compliance, damage rate). Regularly review performance data, identify trends, and validate with operational feedback-Lead Escalations and Continuous Improvement:Proactively identify vendor underperformance, escalate issues through appropriate channels, and drive corrective action plans in collaboration with Operations and vendor partners. Follow through on resolution and ensure improvements are sustained-Develop and Maintain Carrier Tracking Event Mapping:Define the “Happy Path” by mapping carrier tracking events to key delivery milestones. Maintain alignment with Operations to ensure traceability, SLA accuracy, and timely exception handling across the network-Oversee End-to-End Network Performance:Monitor and analyze parcel movement across the entire logistics network to ensure operational execution is aligned with service expectations and customer commitments-Support Strategic Initiatives Across MEC Network and Products:Actively contribute to strategic programs such as MaaC, network cost optimization, and process transformation initiatives by providing supply-side expertise and ensuring carrier alignment with evolving product requirements-Drive Platform and Tech Collaboration for Carrier Enablement:Serve as the primary liaison for resolving carrier-related issues in Platform/Tech systems. Lead the diagnosis and resolution of integration or data quality gaps impacting performance visibility or operational efficiency.
