As Finance Director, Coating & Forming and Corporate International am responsible for supporting the development of the finance and accounting strategy and leading the execution of the strategy for the Coating and Casting sector, including 6 manufacturing locations based in the UK, Switzerland and 4 US facilities. As Finance Director I’m responsible for accounting, finance, payroll, job costing, corporate compliance, legal, property management, and deal analysis and negotiations for the region. In addition, I partner in strategic planning and financial analysis with the global finance team including financial reporting and financial planning & analysis. I report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), as a key member of Orchid’s Finance leadership team as well as a key member of the Global Orchid Orthopedic leadership team. Reporting to me in this position are the International Financial Reporting team based in Sheffield, as well as site F,P&A based at all manufacturing locations within Coating and Forming.
