Mr. Loomis has 39 years of construction experience, 21 years commercial contracting experience and 18 years of residential construction experience. Residential Construction Experience: Prior to entering commercial construction Mr. Loomis held several roles in residential construction, starting as superintendent building homes, growing into estimating and then as Purchasing Manager for Perry, Trendmaker and Ryland Homes.
