CAPT Judge has distinguished service in the United States Coast Guard (USCG), with occupational specialty in the area of C5I (Command, Control, Computers, Cyber, and Communications), and has a TS-SCI clearance. Principal advisor to Flag, provides strategic directions, govt affairs, & $43M budget executions to 74 field units,+3,250 Active duty, Reserve and Civilian members, plus 3,100 Auxiliary personnel. Directs 159 staff in ops, admin and oversight duties.
