I provide senior leadership to teach, mentor, coach, and guide 17 people. I am responsible for strategy development, implementation and oversight, budget management, monitoring and evaluation, activity design, and communications. Duties of my office involve analyses or services my team must provide for high level Washington visits and engagements with Government of India (GOI) counterparts. I regularly liaise with Government of India colleagues, am responsible for donor coordination, and provide leadership in the Embassy inter-agency. I am Acting Mission Director (MD) and Deputy MD as needed. Establishing USAID leadership and advancing program effectiveness by setting a coherent development strategy that aligns resource management to key U.S. national security and foreign policy objectives is critical for success.
