My professional journey has been guided by a single, powerful question: How can we get better? Better for the customer, better for the environment, and better for the businesses that serve them. This relentless pursuit of improvement is my core as an engineer and a leader. It\'s the question that has fueled my journey with Tata Technologies since 2005. It shaped my perspective as I completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School and during my service on the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award board. It was our guiding principle when I had the privilege of leading our team through our historic IPO, a milestone built on our collective commitment to building a better future. As a leader, this translates into a straightforward philosophy: empower brilliant people with a can-do attitude and trust them to find the answers. My role is to foster a culture of curiosity and collaboration, enabling our global team of innovators to tackle the most complex challenges in automotive, aerospace, and industrial machinery. Today, that question of better is more critical than ever as we help our partners navigate the global shift toward electrification and sustainability. For me, this is about creating tangible progress. We partner with leading OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers across automotive, aerospace, and industrial machinery to reimagine products and processes for a software-defined, AI-powered world. Our focus is on helping manufacturers create smarter, safer, and more sustainable solutions that improve life. As CEO and Managing Director, I guide strategic direction, oversee fiscal and operational performance, and cultivate a purpose-led, innovation-driven culture. Working closely with our Board and global leadership, I focus on driving growth, deepening partnerships, and delivering meaningful outcomes for our customers, people, and communities. Under my leadership, Tata Technologies has undergone significant transformation and global expansion, marked by our successful 2023 IPO and continued leadership in engineering and digital services. Our momentum has been fueled by strategic investments, including the integration of INCAT and acquisitions like Cambric, Escenda, and ES-Tec Group, which expanded our capabilities in systems engineering, ADAS, and next-gen mobility. We’ve built enduring partnerships with global leaders, supporting Airbus, launching BMW TechWorks India, enabling NIO’s first all-aluminum EV, and accelerating Jaguar Land Rover’s digital transformation. Our work with Agratas is helping shape a next-gen battery ecosystem for India and beyond. Beyond business growth, what drives me most is purpose, ensuring that technology uplifts people and communities. Through our CSR efforts, we’ve modernized ITIs, skilled thousands of young learners, and built pathways for inclusive growth.
