I am responsible for: • Develop and execute strategies to grow the company\'s natural resource business, including identifying new markets, products, and services • Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders • Identify and evaluate potential acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures • Manage the sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth • Prepare and present business cases, financial models, and other materials to support decision making • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the forestry and industry and regulatory environment
