Developing a training and employment ladder to meet the needs of some of the most marginalised and disadvantaged people in our communities, we have managed to secure good partnerships and funding to support our training and employment programmes. We have developed a range of programmes to engage client wherever they are on their journey towards sustainable living. They uniquely combine work placements, on the job training and assessment of employability skills to move clients closer to the employment market. Our programmes have resulted in as many as 80% of candidates finding work, changing lives and securing sustainable futures for those we work with.
