ABOUT WARREN DIETEL

I build on opportunities—and I’ve been doing it since I was 16, when I scaled a car detailing venture to a 30-person operation. Today, I’m the Owner and CEO of Puff ’n Stuff Catering, one of Florida’s premier catering and event brands with operations in Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville.Before acquiring Puff ’n Stuff in 2003, I held roles at The Walt Disney Company—International sales representing Disney’s Fairytale Weddings and the Disney Institute—supporting corporate consulting engagements. I also led regional sales for luxury jeweler Scott Kay Platinum.In 2013, I founded Chef’s Commissary, a wholesale food production company serving professional chefs in large-scale venues nationwide. I’ve since launched partnerships producing clean-label frozen meals for national brands such as Martha Stewart Kitchen and Wild Side. I’m a Founding Partner at Eagle Rising Food Solutions, serving the U.S. Military globally with shelf-stable, frozen, heater, and fresh meals; a Founding Director of Portrait Bank, the first de novo bank since 2017 (opening 2026); and managing a portfolio of commercial properties as Principal of Dietel Investments.I immigrated from Trinidad at age 10 and am a proud U.S. citizen—grateful for what hard work, dedication, and tenacity can unlock here. Home is Winter Park and New Smyrna Beach, Florida, with my wife, Melissa, and our son, Tanner. I love traveling across this great country and the world, golf, Porsches, beach days, and mountain hikes.
