As a Venture Debt and Private Credit Partner in Manatt’s Los Angeles Office, I represent clients in a wide variety of venture lending and other commercial credit matters and financing transactions, including asset-based and cash flow credit facilities, venture debt financings and leveraged acquisitions. I work with financial institutions, private credit funds, investment banks, commercial banks and other sources of debt capital across the entire venture debt and commercial lending space, and within the technology, fintech and life sciences industries, specifically. I have also represented agents, lenders, participants and companies in numerous credit facilities, and have previously worked with lenders and production companies in the entertainment industry on their television, digital media and film-related financings.Representative transactions include- Represented a large Southern California based commercial bank in its $500 million senior syndicated credit facility to a global interactive entertainment and gaming company- Represented a regional financial services company based in San Francisco in its $450 million senior secured syndicated credit facility to a company operating in the environmental industry- Represented a banking services company in a $295 million unitranche facility to a leading software business that operates vertical-focused SaaS companies- Represented a commercial bank in its $107 million unitranche facility to the world\'s leading data-to-knowledge software company- Represented a banking services company in a $105 million unitranche facility to an industry leading survey and feedback software company- Represented a banking services company in its $95 million senior secured syndicated credit facility to a leading technology company in the print industry- Represented a financial services company in a $92 million unitranche credit facility to a cloud, intelligence and cybersecurity services technology company- Represented a financial services company in an $82 million unitranche credit facility to a leading litigation software technology company- Represented a banking services company in a $77 million credit facility to a leading test preparation company based in Southern California.
