   I have learned the ropes of being a solutions data architect for Zilliant for the last 8+ years. I work with Pricing Scientists, Engagement Managers, Customer Success Managers, Support, Devops and ETL engineers in solutioning a system for our clients on our Pricing Science Platform. My portion is the data ins and outs of our system as well as data lineage. It involves working with the customer data, profiling it, validating it, and optimizing various custom queries that the pricing scientists use or derive and managing the data engineers who assist in these areas. I also architect the data delivery side of our system to clients\' Salesforce or other CRM type systems as needed either by exported flat files or our API that I am responsible for creating, debugging and maintaining for the client. We are constantly evolving our tools and platforms and have to learn accordingly. We are leveraging the Amazon stack of offerings like Redshift, Aurora, S3 and some new technologies to accompany this endeavor such as Python, Matillion and Spark as well as maintaining legacy SQL Server solutions.
