Servant Leader and Product Steward with 20 years of professional experience in IT, most of it in financial services. But I do have a lifetime of experience being me;) At my very core I am a versatilist, using my skills in an ever widening scope of situations and experience. I improvise, I learn, I grow. Having learned early on that great things are achieved when we come together, it is my continuing objective to collaborate effectively and efficiently. I work well horizontally across functional domains, vertically across all levels of hierarchies, across organizations internal & external, as well as across geographic & international boundaries. Being nimble and forming teams mean diddly-squat if you can\'t get everyone on the same page:) I work hard to internalize the swirling chaos, create artifacts simplifying the complexity and, thus, ensure constant forward momentum. SERVANT LEADER As a servant-leader I am a servant first. My objective is to enable the growth of individuals. When people have an environment in which to excel, their personal involvement increases as does the inherent teamwork. For me servant-leadership is the ability to ripple success - starting with the team and expanding to our stakeholders, the company, our customers and to the world at large. PRODUCT STEWARD The job title says \"owner\". In truth, I am but a steward of that which is owned by the organization, but actually exists to service the customer. I am responsible for what has been entrusted to my care. I am accountable for what I administer - including time, money, abilities, information, wisdom, relationships. Leadership earned is its own reward.

   Risk Advisor ensuring that changes in the regulatory landscape are analyzed, addressed and implemented within Technologies. Guiding the implementation of the Unified Compliance Framework, providing an external industry reference for internal controls. Rolling-out Knowledge Excellence that includes implementation of a certifications program, as well as dissemination of best practices, creation of internal training, and domain-knowledge growth.
