As a Senior Recruitment Business Partner via AMS, I manage end-to-end delivery across the Business Banking recruitment lifecycle at Barclays UK. Managing the specialist recruitment of Assistant Vice President and Vice President hires into the bank through internal and external recruitment channels, my expertise ensures a seamless delivery of the RPO function. Engaging with Senior Suite stakeholders at MD and Director Level, I guide the bank through the recruitment process, providing unprecedented support whilst managing any concerns or escalations that may arise. As Senior Recruitment Business Partner I oversee the CV selection and ensure that we are sourcing the correct caliber of candidate and exploring all DE & I avenues in support of a diverse workplace, whilst maintaining a successful relationship with both my sourcing team and client. Bridging the gap to provide a tailor-made service between Talent Acquisition and Client throughout the RPO delivery function, I also:• Lead vacancy consultations between the sourcer and hiring manager.• Agree a recruitment plan, tailor made to attract the best talent for the vacancy.• Engage with external agencies when required for additional support on any niche vacancies requiring specialist support.• Ensure that CV selection and shortlisting has been assessed for DE & I viable candidates.• Consult with the Hiring Management community to ensure the latest processes and terms have been understood and are worked towards.• Mitigate first level complaints and grievances. • Deliver interview feedback and provide training and development coaching to those in need.• Support Hiring Managers with interview selection and shortlisting, ensuring legal avenues have been explored and the bank is compliant.• Lead any workshops with junior staff members to provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
