Our Area of Works: • ISO Standards Implementation: Lead on-ground implementation of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, ISO marking,PED Certifications,ISO Certifications,SA through documentation and certification, ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer requirements. • Quality Management System (QMS): Develop, implement, and enforce the company’s QMS across all departments, ensuring alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards. • Process Documentation: Ensure all business processes are accurately documented and compliant with internal quality protocols. • Internal Auditing: Conduct internal quality audits, prepare detailed audit reports, and recommend corrective actions in coordination with department heads. • External Audit Facilitation: Coordinate and support third-party audits, acting as liaison with regulatory agencies, registrars, and clients. • Training & Awareness: Ensure staff are trained in quality system requirements and role-specific procedures to maintain compliance and operational effectiveness. • Corrective Action Management: Track implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions following audit findings. • Process Improvement: Collaborate with department managers to identify and implement process improvements and best practices. • Audit Coordination: Act as Lead Auditor or team member for client audits, coordinating audit activity, verifying compliance, and documenting results. • Regulatory & Project Support: Support quality initiatives, QSR training, and regulatory compliance projects as assigned by the Director of Compliance or Managing Director
